You can preview the first two days of any itinerary before paying, so you know what you’re getting. We encourage you to use the preview before unlocking.
When we’ll refund
- Failed delivery — if payment succeeded but the full itinerary did not unlock or generate, we’ll fix it or refund you in full.
- Duplicate charge — any accidental double payment is refunded.
- Goodwill — if something’s clearly wrong with your plan, contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right or refund.
When we can’t refund
Because the itinerary is digital content delivered instantly, we generally can’t refund after the full plan has been unlocked and downloaded, except in the cases above. Third-party prices changing after generation is not grounds for a refund (always reconfirm before booking).
How to request
Email hello@makemyitinerary.io with your registered email and the trip details. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
