This Privacy Policy explains how MakeMyItinerary (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your information when you use makemyitinerary.io.

- Trip inputs — destinations, dates, budget, preferences and anything you type into the planner.
- Payment information — processed by Razorpay; we receive a payment confirmation and store a record of the transaction, not your card details.
- Usage data — basic analytics about how you use the site.
How we use it
- To generate your itinerary and deliver the service you requested.
- To process payments and provide support.
- To improve the product and communicate important updates.
Third parties
To build your plan we share necessary data with service providers including AWS (hosting), Anthropic (AI), Google Maps/Places, Razorpay (payments) and travel-data providers. They process data only to provide their service.
Data retention & your rights
We keep your trips and payment records while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@makemyitinerary.io. We aim to comply with India’s DPDP Act.
